By using the B1G Command Center Twitch Extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

B1G Command Center is an interactive Twitch Extension that allows viewers to spend Bits to trigger in-stream events, generate AI images, and interact with the B1GTayDontPlay stream community.

• All Bit transactions are final and non-refundable once submitted.
• Triggering a troll action, initiating an AI image generation, or any other Bit-based interaction constitutes a completed purchase. No refunds will be issued regardless of the outcome.
• AI-generated images are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about the quality, content, or appearance of generated results. Dissatisfaction with an AI generation does not qualify for a refund.
• The streamer reserves the right to adjust pricing and availability of actions at any time without notice.
• Twitch Bits are governed by Twitch's Bits Acceptable Use Policy.

• Viewers may submit text prompts to generate AI images using the B1G Command Center CREATE tab.
• You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit. Do not submit prompts that are offensive, explicit, hateful, or violate Twitch's Terms of Service.
• Generated content may be displayed publicly on stream and posted to the streamer's Discord gallery.
• AI generations are provided as-is with no guarantees of quality, accuracy, or specific results. No refunds will be issued for unsatisfactory generations.
• All AI-generated images become the property of B1GTayDontPlay and may be used for any purpose including promotional content.
• We reserve the right to block or filter prompts at any time without notice.

• B1G Command Center requires an active internet connection and a live Twitch stream to function fully.
• Troll actions are only available while the streamer is live. AI image generation is available at all times.
• Some features may be unavailable during server maintenance, outages, or technical issues beyond our control.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature and are not liable for any downtime or missed actions.

You may not use this Extension to:

• Submit illegal, explicit, or hateful content via AI prompts or any other input
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Bits system
• Interfere with other viewers' experience
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of this Extension

• All AI-generated images produced through this Extension become the property of B1GTayDontPlay upon generation.
• Viewers retain no ownership or licensing rights to any generated content.
• The B1G Command Center name, logo, and Extension design are the property of B1GTayDontPlay.

B1G Command Center and B1GTayDontPlay are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Extension, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, missed troll actions due to technical issues, or loss of Bits due to connectivity problems. The Extension is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
